Douglas N. PAASCH 

Internationally known puppeteer, actor, artist, teacher, stage technician, much loved 
and loving friend of many, passed away Nov. 22nd, 2008. He was 49. Doug was 
puppetmaster for Seattle Childrens Theater, responsible for countless show-stopping 
puppets and effects. He took his art and wit to the far corners of the earth. Searching 
for a new challenge, he produced his own puppet/pantomime piece, "Infinite Noir". 
Doug is survived by his beloved partner, Lisa Jaret, his parents, Norm and Lee Paasch, 
sister Lisa Holmberg (husband Mark) and nephews Max and Zachary Holmberg. A 
memorial will be held at Seattle Childrens Theater, 2nd Ave & Thomas St., Monday, 
Dec. 8th at 7:00 p.m.An ASL interpreter will be provided.
