PICCOLO, Lenora B. Lenora B. Piccolo passed away on Nov. 22, 2008, after a nearly year long battle with lung cancer. She was 79 years old. Born and raised in Portland, Lenora attended High School of Commerce where she learned the skills for various office positions with Sunset Electric, Esco, Crawford & Doherty Foundry, and Yreta Painting. She met her husband Samuel J. Piccolo soon after high school and married in 1951. Lenora and Sam and their two children lived in Portland until 1972 when they relocated to Dublin, Calif. After five years they return to the northwest and moved to Lynnwood, Wash. Following 36 years of marriage, Sam passed away in 1987. After establishing lifelong friendships in each area that she lived, Lenora returned to Gresham in 2005. Family and friends were the center of Lenora's life. She enjoyed dancing, camping, good conversations, gardening and always a good book. Lenora is survived by her sister, Sue Puckett (Portland); daughter, Linda Brazee (Gresham); son, Jeff Piccolo (Lake Tapps, Wash.); grandchildren, Jennifer Piccolo, Justin Rommel, Stephanie Piccolo, and Lea Brazee; step grandchildren, Ryan Brazee, Mathew Brazee; and many dear friends. Services will be held at Wilhelm's Portland Memorial Funeral Home, Saturday, Nov. 29, 2008 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be sent to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (www.pancan.org) or Mt.
