Addi, Joseph Jack 'Joe' 

91 2/25/1918 2/27/2009 Joseph Jack Addi, 91, of Eugene passed away Friday, Feb. 
27, 2009, in Eugene. He was born on Feb. 25, 1918, in Nogales, Ariz., to Hussein and 
Antonia (Peralta) Addi. He served in the U.S. Army and worked as a dispatcher for 
Northwest Natural Gas. He is survived by his son, Joseph Addi of Portland; daughters, 
Janice Addi of Eugene and Dolores Wack of Portland; nine grandchildren; and eight 
great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 5, 
2009, at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 11801 SE Mt. Scott Blvd. in Portland. Military 
honors will follow at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.
