Perfecto P. PACARDO 

Born December 10, 1927 in Iloilo, Philippines; died May 9, 2009 in Seattle. Survived by 
his loving wife, Consorcia; his daughter, GiGi Franco, (Jun); grandchildren, Chloe and 
Ysabella; brother, Ike; and sister, Esther. Preceded in death by his brothers, Ernesto 
and Ramon; and sister, Minnia. "Peping" to his friends and family was an extraordinary 
Father and Lolo. He had a big heart and loved sports. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 
Friday, May 15th, at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 205 2nd Ave. N, Seattle, WA
