homemaker She is survived by her sons, Ray Jr., Frederick, Joseph, Samuel and Philip; 
and her daughter, LoisAnn "Darlene" Ward. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. 
Saturday, May 16, 2009, in Forest Grove Assembly of God Church. Arrangements by
