MIBACH, Frances ''Fran'' 

Passed away on her birthday, July 12, 2009 after a courageous battle with lung cancer 
at age 67. She was preceded by her parents, "Cookie" and Margie Picetti. She is 
survived by her sisters, Margaret Healy and Petty Mirt and brother, John Picetti and her 
beloved husband, Richard, Daughter Vicki Stark (Devin), sons, Matt (Wendy) and Rick 
(Gina) and her cherished grandchildren, Emily, Michaela, Peter, Grace, Andrew, Angela 
and Anthony. She will also be missed by many friends, nieces, nephews and cousins. 
Friends are invited to a visitation Thursday, July 16, From 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Lombard & 
Company Funeral Directors, 1550 Fulton Ave., Sacramento, CA 95825, (916) 483-3297 
with Rosary to follow at 7:00 PM and a Mass of Christian Burial Friday, July 17, 2009 at 
10:00 A.M. at St. Philomene Church, 2428 Bell St., Sacramento, CA 95825. Interment 
to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
