Podleski, Scott Dixon 

Our most beloved son, brother and loyal friend, of 
Phoenix, Arizona went to be with his Savior and Lord 
on Friday, April 23, 2010, after an extended bout 
with cancer. Scott is survived by his mother Carol 
Podleski of Sun Lakes, Arizona, his brother Dr. Gregg 
Podleski and wife Marianne, their children Cameron, 
Jordan, Trent, Riley, Reagan and Reese, all of 
Rockwall, Texas. Scott's father, Ted Podleski, 
preceded him in death. Memorial service will be held 
on Friday, May 14, 10:00 a.m., at the North Phoenix 
Baptist Chapel, located at 5757 N. Central Ave., 
Phoenix, Arizona. In lieu of flowers memorial 
donations may be made to T'iis Nazbas Community 
School, c/o Michael Aaron, PO Box 1485, Teec Nos 
Pos, AZ 86514.
