IV, Louis Ralston Babb 

33 09/29/1975 08/30/2009 Louis Babb, age 33, of Happy Valley, 
passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009. Born in 
California, Louis moved to Tualatin in 1988. He graduated from 
Tualatin High School in 1994 and later served in the U.S. Army at 
Fort Hood, Texas, as a computer specialist. After 9/11, Louis 
joined forces with the Transportation Security Administration 
(TSA); he was proud of his country and the opportunity to protect 
it. Louis is survived by his mother, LaRae Babb; grandmother, 
Bobbie Skyles; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many close 
friends. Cremation has taken place. His celebration of life will 
be announced at a later date.
