Vogeli, Dorothy (Dot) 93 of Fountain Hills, AZ, born Dorothy Jane Babcock, Feb. 12, 1916 in Toledo, OH, departed this earthly life on Aug. 17, 2009. Dot graduated from DeVilbiss High School in Toledo in 1934, where she was crowned May Queen. She married her love and dance partner, Louis F. Vogeli Aug. 26, 1943 and they shared 66 years of marriage, raising their daughters, Diane and Betty. She was a career executive secretary for Marleau Fence Co. and Owens-Illinois Corp. in Toledo. Retiring in 1973, they moved to Phoenix and became active in the Buffalo Squares dance group. She enjoyed camping on the Mogollon Rim and travelling many of the Western States with her husband and family. She will be loved and missed every day by her husband, Lou, sister, Betty Hansen, daughters Diane Tagg and Betty Biebel, grandaughters, Ashley Biebel Webster, Adrienne Biebel Graves and Dana Biebel Feeney, and great-grandchildren, Robert N. Biebel, Emily Jane Graves and Abraham Zane Feeney, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was greeted in heaven by her mother, Anna, her father, Benjamin, her stepfather, Rollo, sisters, Leona and Charlotte and great-grandson, Noah. We are all the richer for having been loved by her.
