Atondo, Guillermo Palomino Guillermo Palomino Atondo, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2010, at Yuma Regional Medical Center. He was born September 18, 1917 in Nogales, Arizona to Refugio Atondo and Carmen Palomino. Guillermo worked in agriculture, and then moved to Southern Pacific Railroad where he retired. Guillermo is survived by his wife of 37 years, Rosenda Maria; children, Maria A. (Garold) Johnson, John Atondo, Jimmy L. Hadley, Sylvia Juarez, Melva J. (John) Rangel, Oscar Atondo, Nancy M. (Gregory) Perez, Roseann Atondo, Doris A. (Barry) Egert, Olga Thomas, Abraham (Sylvia) Atondo, and Billy Atondo; sister, Rebecca Woods; and many grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Guillermo was preceded in death by his father, mother, brother and sisters. A visitation will be held at Johnson Mortuary on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Rosary at 7:00 p.m. with final services on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Mission at 10:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Abraham Atondo, John Atondo, Michael Atondo, Billy Atondo, Oscar Atondo, and Jason Atondo.
