Elizabeth Nell Armstrong 

Elizabeth Nell Armstrong was born to Louis and Lila Bland on January 23, 
1949 in Chandler, AZ. She passed away on March 16, 2003, as a result 
of a long illness.

Elizabeth is survived by her parents, Louis and Lila Bland of Stanwood; 
son Stephan Roff of Bellingham; daughter Camille Rounds of Tacoma; 
grandson Morgan Rounds; 3 brothers, Michael of Everett, Kenneth of 
Stanwood and Paul of Peoria, AZ; sister Karen Burns of Moses Lake. 
She is also survived by her special friend Alonzo Aguilar as well as 
numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on March 22, 2003 at 2:00 pm, at 
Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, 1615 SE Everett Mall Parkway, Everett.
