Clemens Ady A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, 2008, in the Old Church in Portland for Clemens Ady, who died Jan. 25 of lung cancer at age 66. Clemens Ady was born Dec. 6, 1941, in Phoenix, Ariz. He served in the Army Reserve. He received a master's degree from the University of Miami and a doctor of jurisprudence from Willamette University. In 1975, he moved to Portland, and was a law professor for Linfield College. In 1964, he married Jean Henry. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Erika Clemens and Stephanie Von Allmen; sisters, Sandra Harris, Julia Clark, Terri Ady and Rajean Kackley; brother, Jim; and three grandchildren.
