Rosemary AGATHER Born Rosemary Paige on December 8, 1925 in Bisbee, Arizona. The child of Rose Rossi, her childhood was spent in Lincoln, Nebraska. Upon moving to Seattle in the early 1940's Rosemary worked as an executive assistant in the radio and beverage industries. Loving mother to twin sons David and Ronald Taylor and daughter Candace Taylor, all residents of Seattle. Married to Max Agather in 1967, Rosemary embraced his daugh ters Judy and Fran as her own. She spent the last 38 years of her life living on Maui, Hawaii with her husband where she passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 23. While residing on Maui, Rosemary became involved in various charitable and volunteer activities, demonstrating the same passion and energy with which she had raised her children and achieved professional excellence. Among those she served over the years were the blood bank, the American Cancer Society, Kaunoa Retirement Center and families in crisis. Rosemary was al ways willing to support a worthwhile cause or assist someone in need. A beautiful, proud, determined and capable woman, Rosemary was first and foremost a lady. A mother endless in both love and advice, she will be missed and remembered always. She was simply the best. Together with her husband and children, she is survived by 9 grand children and 7 great-grandchildren. Published in print on 8/10/2008 Seattle Times
