Albert Elsworth Babcock 

A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 31, 2007, in
Hillside Chapel for Albert Elsworth Babcock, who died
May 25 at age 89. 
Mr. Babcock was born Dec. 22, 1917, in Sheridan, Wyo.,
and moved to the Portland area as a child. He worked
in aircraft parts manufacturing during World War II
and later was a tool-and-die maker for CRB Tool and
Die Shop. He was a former Boy Scout Master. In 1941,
he married Amy Wiese; she died in 1991. 
Survivors include his daughter, Barbara H.; son, Byran
A.; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
