BEACH, William Harold "Bill" (Age 72) Passed away peacefully on Sunday April 15, 2007 at his home with his family by his side. Bill was born in Brainerd, Minnesota on October 20th, 1934 to Harold and Viola Beach. He was the 2nd oldest of 13 children. Bill was preceded in death by his parents; Harold and Viola; brothers Darrell and Arvid; and sisters Mardell and Donna. He is survived by his loving wife Mary and their two children Shawn and Niki; seven children of his previous marriage, Skip, Robin, Shelly, Gerry, Kerry, Doug and Greg; brothers and sisters, Ronnie, Darlene, Kenny, Vernon, Carol, Gail, Jerry and Dick; two step children Jodi and Pam, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews in Minnesota. Bill joined the Air Force in 1951. He was a long haul truck driver up until he was hurt in 1979. Bill and Mary made their life in Spokane in 1976. Married for 27 years, Bill enjoyed spending the weekends with his grandchildren Clinton, Angel and Sammy. Cooking, food, candy, yardsaling, taking his family camping, fishing, home improvements, which usually led to someone getting injured. He loved old cars, country western music, Black Velvet and his weekly visits with friends at the Mayfair. Bill enjoyed reminiscing with friends and family about the past and telling jokes. Everyone that knew him knew he had a big voice but a bigger heart and he always made sure everyone around him was well taken care of and well fed. Bill always made an impression everywhere he went. You will be greatly missed by all of your friends and family but never forgotten. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel at Holy Cross Cemetery in Spokane on Friday, April 20 at 10:30 am.
