Hazel Frances Bialik 

1924 - 1998 Hazel Frances Bialik, 73, born in Hartford, WA. on Oct. 
19, 1924 passed away Feb. 28, 1998 in Tacoma. She was a very 
active member with the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church including the 
choir, the Bell choir and altar guild. She was a volunteer for the election 
board in Port Angeles. She is survived by sons, Jeff Bialik, CA., David 
Bialik, Bellingham; daughters, Cynthia Radford, CA., Cathy Brewer, 
Tacoma, Marlee Genereux, Tacoma; sisters, Inez Hazlett, Tacoma, 
Gladys Groves, Tacoma; 8 grandchildren; 4 great- grandchildren. 
Preceded in death by husband Bill, 1994. Funeral services will be held 
Tues. 1 p.m. at the Tuell-McKee Funeral Home with the Rev. Thomas 
Bailey officiating. Contributions can be made to the charity of one's
