Vera BEACH 

Age 87, of Seattle passed away peacefully on January 14, 2001. She was born 
October 30, 1913 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and moved to the Seattle area in 
1923. She worked for the Seattle School District prior to assuming her greatest 
role, that as a wife and mother. Vera is survived by her loving husband of 63 
years, Edwin Beach, three daughters Barbara (Roy Yates), Carol (Bill Heimkes), 
and Janice (Rick Newell), eight grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. She 
has touched many hearts and will never be forgotten. A Memorial Service will be 
held on Friday, January 19, 2001 at 2 p.m. at Evergreen-Washelli Chapel, 11111 
Aurora Ave. N., Seattle. Gifts of remembrance may be made to Alzheimer's
