Jean Babbit 

Passed away on August 30, 2000. She was born in Ogden, Utah on 
Dec. 14, 1927. She attended UCLA and graduated from the University 
of Puget Sound where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority. She 
was an active member of Lakewood Presbyterian Church and The 
Little Church on The Prairie, where she enjoyed teaching adult bible 
classes. Jean was a long time member of the Junior League of Tacoma, 
and Oakbrook Golf and Country Club. She is survived by her husband, 
Jack Babbit; sons Steve Babbit, Scott (Sharon) Babbit and grandsons 
Ryan and Patrick Babbit; daughter Susan Wagner and grand- daughter 
Jennifer Wagner. Memorial services will be held at The Little Church on 
The Prairie at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 5th. Arrangements by
