Helen R. 'Berta' Babb

Helen Roberta "Berta" Babb died Sept. 12, 2003, at age 93. 

Helen Roberta Burch was born Dec. 25, 1909, in Portland. She graduated from Grant 
High School and Oregon Normal School. She taught school for several years and 
was later a homemaker in Lake Oswego. She volunteered for the Lake Oswego 
School District. She later lived in Eugene and Wilsonville. In 1935, she married 
Thomas Jr.; he died in 1988. 

Survivors include her sons, Thomas III and Kip; daughters, Sonia Hall and Kim Stoutt; 
12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
