Lowell W. Beach

Lowell W. Beach died April 2, 2003, at age 38. 

Mr. Beach was born March 23, 1965. He lived in the Portland area most of his life. 

Survivors include his mother, Evelyn; father, Dale; sisters, Gayle Highpine, Rebbeca 
Beach and Elana Kestral; and brother, Charles.
