F. William Baarsch IV

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, 2004, in Jefferson United Methodist 
Church for F. William Baarsch IV, who died Jan. 6 at age 69. 

Mr. Baarsch IV was born March 11, 1934, in Evanston, Ill. He served in the U.S. Army 
during the Korean War as a radio operator before moving in about 1962 to West Linn. 
He was a manager for Top Drawer, a small manufacturing company in Newberg, for 
about 30 years and moved in 1996 to Jefferson. In 1964, he married Susan Bell. 

Survivors include his wife; son, Frederick William Baarsch V; sisters, Sandra 
Baumgardner and Susan Button; and one grandchild.
