Helen Bluhm

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 24, in Good Shepherd Community 
Church in Boring for Helen Bluhm, who died Nov. 19 at age 86. 

Helen Bailey was born Sept. 12, 1917, in Prescott, Ariz. She lived most of her life in the 
Portland area. She was a sales clerk for J.C. Penney. In 1947, she married August F. 
Jr.; he died in 2002. 

Survivors include her son, Gerald A.; daughters, Joanne Bluhm Laferty and Marian 
Donahue; and four grandchildren.
