Grand Daddy, Brother & Friend Born in Birmingham, AL
to the late Jesse James Babbs and Josephine
Parker-Babbs, The Boola Man was a talented trumpet
player, singer, entertainer, and he loved to fish. Mr.
Babbs was a proud and loving father to his children,
Verita Bolden, Sammy Cubean, Colette, Collie Jr.,
Kareem and Rashad Babbs. He also had an endless love
for his Fiance, Cheryl Price. He will be greatly
missed by all who knew him! Viewing will be held
Wednesday, March 3, 2004, Tuell-McKee Funeral Home,
2215 Sixth Ave-nue. Services will be held Thursday,
March 4, 2004 at 10 AM, Shiloh Baptist Church, 1211
South I Street, Tacoma, WA.
