Buena P. Council-Moran 

Buena P. Council-Moran died Aug. 13, 2006, at age 89. 

Buena Pugh was born Nov. 24, 1916, in Deer Lodge,
Mont. She graduated from Montana State University and
moved in 1941 to Portland, where she was a dietitian
for the Veterans Administration and Saga Food Service.
She continued to work for Saga Food Service in
Honolulu before returning to Portland in 1990. 

Survivors include her son, Charles Council; daughter,
Louise Council; three grandchildren; and two
great-grandchildren.
