Diane Pace Forner 

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 9, 2005, in the River View Cemetery 
chapel for Diane Pace Forner, who died March 24 at age 49. Diane Pace was born 
Oct. 11, 1955, in Houston. She graduated from the University of Houston and moved in 
1985 to Portland. She was a regional credit manager for Adidas. In 1978, she married 
Thomas D.; he died in 2003. 

Survivors include her daughter, Robin C.; mother and stepfather, Lou Hardy Jax and 
James W. Jax; sister, C. Renee Mitchell; stepsister, Hilary Jax Thomopoulos; and 
stepbrothers, Clayton Jax, Garth Jax and Brady Jax. 

Remembrances to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Arrangements by
