Janet Lorraine OGDEN 

Our dear mother loved "The Gift of Giving". Janet
Lorraine Ogden crossed over peacefully in her home in
Seattle, August 11, 2006. She was born on July 21,
1934 in Bellingham, Washington to Gordon and Christine
Puckett. In 1956, Janet married Joe Ogden in San
Diego. In her retirement, she enjoyed, traveling in
her recreational home, fruit-vegetable & ornamental
gardening, homemaking, reading and knitting. Janet had
a deep spiritual faith in Jesus Christ our Lord and
Savior; lived modestly herself and gave generously to
her favorite charities. She is survived by her two
sons, Bradford Joe Ogden of Minnesota and William
Gordon Ogden of Washington; one daughter, Sandra Renae
Gillihan of Washington; five grandchildren and seven
great grandchildren. She always loved and cared for
her dear family and will be very greatly missed. She
is preceded in death by her husband, Joe U. Ogden,
Jr.; one son, Randall Martin Ogden, and her younger
sister, Lisa Ann Kraft. In lieu of flowers, please

care of St. John United Lutheran Church, 5515 Phinney
Ave. N, Seattle, WA 98103. A Memorial Service will be
held on Tuesday, August 22, 2006, 12 noon at St. John
United Lutheran Church. "Come you blessed of my
father," says the Lord Jesus Christ, "take possession
of the kingdom prepared for you" - Mathew 25:34
