Margaret Angela Picard PENDLETON - Margaret Angela Picard, 80, of Pendleton, died Saturday, Feb. 24, 2001, at her home. Recitation of the Rosary followed by Funeral Mass will be 7 p.m. today at St. Andrews Church at Mission. Burial service will be 8 a.m. Tuesday at the Athena Cemetery, followed by a dinner at St. Andrews Hall. Mrs. Picard was born Oct. 5, 1920, at Pendleton, to Mose and Della Marie Sayer McBean. She was a cook at the Mission Tribal Senior Hall. She liked to go camping, fishing, and berry picking. She liked sewing, crocheting and canning, and enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Mrs. Picard was a member of St. Andrews Church and the Eagles Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence W. Picard. Survivors include a son, Alvin L. Picard of Pendleton; daughters, Rozanna Picard and Dianna Picard, both of Pendleton, and Verna Picard of Federal Way, Wash.; a brother, Joseph John McBean of Gibbon, a sister, Della Marie McBean Smith of Gibbon; many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
