erle E. Peaker 

Merle E. Peaker died Aug. 30, 1995 at the age of 85. He was born in Chappell, 
Nebraska, May 21, 1910, and later moved to Tacoma in 1936. Merle was 
employed in the meat packing industry by Armours, Diamond-F, and Lennons, 
where he retired in 1973. Preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth. He attended 
Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He is survived by 2 nieces (Donna Cox and Sandra 
Bauer) and 2 nephews (Everett Alexander and Neil Troxell) of California and by 
his sister-in-law, Claudia Rehn, and her 2 daughters, Patricia McComas and 
Barbara Latham, of Tacoma. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m., Sat., Sept. 2, 
1995, Mt. View Memorial Park. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
