Eileen M. Piatti 

6-23-16 1-29-03 A lifelong Tacoma resident, Eileen worked her adult life 
in the restaurant business as waitress, cook, and later as owner. Customers 
will remember her from the old Lemon Lunch, Alfreds, The White Cap 
(her place), and many other eateries. She#ll be missed by friends, relatives
