Carol "Mittun" PEAKE Everyone's favorite Ice Skating Instructor passed away August 28, 2002 in Las Vegas, NV. where she had lived the last 10 years. Born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada, she lived in Seattle, raised a family, until she moved. She is survived by her husband of 19 years, George; daughters Allana Gentschel & Kris Sharp; son-in-laws Richard Gentschel & Pat Sharp; seven grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren; sisters Margie Clark, Maddy Coffin & Fran McCauley with many nieces and nephews. Carol taught skating to several generations over the last 55 years in Seattle, Sun Valley, Idaho, New York City, and Las Vegas. Skating was the passion of her life. She also enjoyed traveling, dancing and living life to its fullest. She was always a religious person, being at her passing a Seventh Day Adventist. She is deeply loved by family and friends and will be solely missed. The mold was broken on 8/28/02. A Gathering of family and friends will be on September 28, 2002 to celebrate her life.
