Doris Edna Picard 

A gathering will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15,
2007, in Milwaukie Center for Doris Edna Picard, who
died Sept. 8 at age 87. 
Doris Edna Knudsen was born Jan. 25, 1920, in
Hastings, Minn. A homemaker, she moved to Gresham from
St. Paul, Minn., in 1966. She was manager for Gresham
Senior Center for 10 years and a volunteer for the Mt.
Hood Community College Saints and the Oregon Food
Bank. She moved to Milwaukie in 2006. In 1940, she
married Jerome R.; he died in 2002. 
Survivors include her daughter, Lori Meyer; sons,
David and Brian; six grandchildren; and eight
great-grandchildren.
