Patricia A. Thompson 

Patricia A. Thompson, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed 
away on February 27 at Tacoma General Hospital. Born Patricia Ann 
Beadell in Seattle on Dec. 19, 1930. Graduated from Yelm High 
School in 1949. Married Fred Thompson on Sept. 4, 1954 in 
Raymond, Wash. Her family was her main interest in life. Loved to 
travel, especially to her favorite city, New Orleans, LA. Survived by 
husband of 43 years, Fred of Tacoma; son, Michael of Yelm; 
grandsons, Logan and Cooper of Yelm; Aunt Nell Lee of Des Moines; 
Aunt Ruth Lindley of Aberdeen; and mother-in-law, IdaSterkowicz of 
Vancouver. At Pat's request, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, 
donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. The family 
would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Sujata Rao, Dr. Roger 
Lee, and the oncology staff at Tacoma General Hospital.
