Margaret "Peggy" Jean Pace TRUDELL Peggy Trudell was born January 26, 1925 to Grover and Bertha Pace in Stanley, Wisconsin. She was the youngest of 3 children. She graduated from Stanley High School in 1942 and attended Stout State University where she majored in Home Economics and biology. When she graduated from Stout in 1946, she travelled west to teach in Washington state. She first taught in Connell, where she met her future husband H. Mike Trudell. They married in 1949 and had 3 children Kathleen Maloney of Kirkland; Michael Trudell of Arlington and Philip Trudell of Aberdeen. Mike and Peggy lived all over Washington state; they spent many years in Spokane, Olympia and Aberdeen. In addition, they lived in Moses Lake, Marysville and Seattle. At the time of her death, Peggy was living in Arlington. Throughout their lives together, her husband was employed by Seafirst Bank. He preceded her in death in 1998. Peggy was an accomplished cook, an avid bridge player, and she enjoyed golf, tennis, politics and the Seattle Mariners. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by her loving family. In addition to her children, she is survived by her sister Dorothy Thies of Florida; her brother Grover Pace of Arizona; grandchildren Amy and Christopher Maloney; Sheena, Shellie Jordan, April, Richard, Nichole Trudell and one great-grandchild Anthanee Taylor.
